They need to stand behind their work. Responding to emails would also be helpful to resolve problems.

BOSS tore the railing off my side steps with a plow in January. I have called atleast weekly for the last month to get the repair scheduled and do not even get the courtesy of a call back. It is May. I don' t want to hear what Corey is so busy doing. Corey needs to get busy and repair my railing. Extremely poor customer service at this company.

BOSS Landscaping as worked a few projects at my office and I am always very pleased. Cory is professional, kind and very knowledgeable. After years of working with a landscaper that would rarely even return my phone calls and would only do the bare minimum for our company, it's been so wonderful working with BOSS.

Fantastic experience! Fast service, showed up when they said they would. They weeded & cleaned out our old beds & spread new mulch. We had not one complaint about any part of dealing with this first class company! Highly recommend!
