Roof Replacement

Our comprehensive roof replacement service removes old materials, inspects for structural damage, and installs premium American-made shingles. We recommend replacement for roofs predating 2000 or those with significant wear. Using Malarkey and CertainTeed products with lifetime warranties, our certified team ensures proper ventilation and water resistance tailored to Pacific Northwest conditions. This critical service protects homes from Oregon's heavy rainfall while enhancing energy efficiency and property value.

Gutter Installation

We install durable gutter systems designed for the Pacific Northwest's extreme weather, using aluminum, steel, and copper materials. Our experts ensure proper slope and secure attachment to prevent water damage. The service includes fascia board inspection and replacement when necessary. Available in K-style and half-round designs, our systems feature optional LeafBlaster Pro guards to minimize maintenance. Properly functioning gutters protect foundations, prevent basement flooding, and maintain landscaping integrity through efficient water diversion.

Roof Repair

Emergency and routine roof repair services address leaks, storm damage, and wear-related issues. Our certified technicians perform thorough inspections to identify problems with shingles, flashing, or ventilation. We use matching materials for seamless repairs and reinforce vulnerable areas. The service includes moss removal and ventilation checks to extend roof lifespan. Prompt repairs prevent minor issues from escalating into costly replacements, maintaining structural integrity against Oregon's variable weather conditions.

Gutter Cleaning

Professional gutter cleaning removes debris buildup that causes water overflow and structural damage. Our technicians clear gutters, flush downspouts, and inspect systems for proper function. We recommend bi-annual cleanings to maintain optimal performance, especially after heavy leaf seasons. The service includes gutter guard installation options to reduce future maintenance needs. Regular cleaning prevents water damage to foundations, siding, and landscaping while maintaining proper roof drainage systems.

Emergency Roofing

24/7 emergency roofing service addresses urgent damage from storms, high winds, or fallen debris. Our rapid response team provides temporary protection and schedules permanent repairs. The service includes tarping, leak containment, and insurance claim assistance. We prioritize safety and property protection while minimizing further damage during adverse weather events. Emergency services ensure homeowners maintain habitable conditions until comprehensive repairs can be completed using durable, code-compliant materials.

Precision was very professional and thoughtfully determined the type of repairs needed for issues with our existing stainless steel perimeter gutter system. It also handled the shingle course removal and replacement adjacent to the gutter. Appreciated Precision's communication to clarify what needed to be done, as well as its perseverance to complete the project during a run of weather challenges. Completed job looks good and the clean-up effort following the work appreciated. Would recommend and use Precision again.

From the bid to the completion of the work we can only be positive about Precision Roofing and Gutters. We, of course, waited until winter-like weather to get the work done, so working conditions could have been better. I think that our house also wasn't the easiest to work on, but all the employees took on the task with care and consideration. We are totally pleased.

The crew on the roof cleaning worked all day and did a great job. They got all the moss off. Two days later, Bryce came out and pulled all the gutters off our house and replaced them with new 6" k style gutters. This solved our problem of water running over the gutters and splashing on our front door. My wife was super pleased. They cleaned up all the work areas they effected and left our house in perfect shape. Thanks

Positive:Professionalism
Several of my neighbors have stopped by to say what a good job these folks did on the roof. While a small house, there were three layers of shingles to remove. It was done in a competent way and all debris was removed when the job was complete. Well done!
