I did not have a good experience here. It was not easy getting someone to answer my question. When I did have a minute with a designer (?), she first corrected my pronunciation of the tile name and then she criticized the tile I had chosen. She at least tried to be subtle by asking questions like, "Why did you choose THIS tile?" and "What made you decide not to just use your countertop marble for the backsplash?" and "Did you think about how THIS tile would look in THAT room?" I definitely felt that she was talking down to me. I was not wearing heels and pearls, nor

This place has some of the most amazing tile I have ever seen. A must see for any tiling project. They also went above and beyond and helped me find a tile that had been discontinued for a couple of years that I needed. First class experience.

Terrible experience. Went yesterday and sign said to make appointment. Note, 2 people in store and no one even popped their head out to acknowledge us. I called to make an appointment and they never returned call. I have been to about 8 tile shops recently and this is zero star.
