Greenpoint Tree & Crane Service Inc. was the best experience that I had with cutting down trees. First they were very respectful & professional. They were on time or they came before time every time that we had to meet. They did a great great job cutting down my trees and cleaned up the yard after they were finished. Thomas went over everything that the Greenpoint team did and made sure we were happy with the job at completion. We have a few more trees in our yard and we will call Greenpoint to finish the job. They told us which trees needed to come down right away and which street we could keep

Trees are an amazing natural resource that deserve respect, including, where required, care as to when it is time to safety prune, if possible, and remove, if necessary. We just moved to a new house and needed to remove three trees that were dangerous to the house and to prune the birch tree that interfered with power cables. First, they gave the best price. Second, they were extremely professional, work was done well and quickly, everything was cleaned up after. We were so pleased with Greenpoint from quote to completed work. Our project was the removal of a massive (couldn't wrap my arms around it) tree, that was hard to access by truck, and was also over half of our house. The work needed to be done well and it absolutely was. The team did a perfectly professional job protecting our house, removing the tree, keeping everyone safe, and cleaning up after.

Thomas responded to my inquiry immediately. He came out to inspect the tree I wanted removed and give me an estimate within hours. He was very knowledgeable and well versed in the process, so, I hired Greenpoint for the work. His team was able to come even earlier than the date that we had originally agreed. They were very efficient, quickly removed the overgrown three story pine tree and stump, and within a couple of hours left the area clean and looking as if the tree had never been there. I am very pleased with their service and would highly recommend them as well as use them in the future.

Greenpoint tree service delivered what they promised. They had an opening two weeks early and called us. Promised to be onsite just prior to 8AM sure enough a convoy of trucks arrived. Two 100 plus ft trees and one smaller tree, down and out by 5 pm. Greenpoint takes pride in their work. After cleanup you would not have known they took two huge trees down. The crew were extremely polite and respectful of not only my property but my neighbors as well. Excellent work, excellent service and attention to detail. I would highly recommend Greenpoint Tree service.
