We had a great experience with Sparks tile and stone. The employees are helpful and knowledgeable, everyone worked together to get our tile jobs completed in a timely manner. We love our new entry tile and our backsplash for our home. I was surprised how fast and easy they were to work with and how many great choices of tile and stone they have with great prices.

Ordered 2 boxes of tiles (Rainier 1500) on 10/13/20 and paid $85 freight charges and the invoice stated that (extra) freight charge was to get it here by Friday (10/16/20). The tiles DID NOT arrive on Friday and didnt arrive until 3:30 Monday afternoon. I then had to pay an additional $27.31 because the supplier had changed the number of tiles in each box.... no adjustment was offered. When I complained about the delay, and that there was no relief, I was told that the shipping cost was what Sparks Tile paid and there was nothing that could be done. I had a retail store in Reno

The stone is ok, but to unexperienced buyers they first sell more than you need, and then do not take anything back (still in package, unused). So do not ask people in the store how much do you need -- count everything for yourself if you plan to buy there.
