The timely response and appointment to look at the surface staining was appreciated and the tech Dan did an excellent job at removing stains on the pool floor. Would definitely recommend On Time and will use them again if needed!

We have weekly service and Ted is the best! He is punctual and whenever I have a question or need help with something, he takes care of it right away! We really appreciate him!
Plus, whenever we need equipment maintenance, everyone in the office has been very helpful and get us taken care of quickly as possible. Sometimes even just talking us through it over the phone. Best decision we made for our pool life!

Raised the agreed upon price of monthly service by $15 through mail, didn't even bother with a phone call. Upon the news, I canceled service. The last service, which I already paid for, part of my chlorine system was broken by the technician. Instead of offering to fix what they broke, they decided the better option is to leave my pool pump off for three days and charge me $85 for a simple repair later in the week(no thanks, you broke it through obvious missuse, but I'll fix it myself for $5 and 10minutes). Too much of a coincidence that this damage was done after I canceled service. Would never
