Very disappointed in Bass Heating & Air Conditioning. I have been using them for several years and was extremely happy with the service. The last year I ordered general service and had to call out again as the heater went out. Bass came again told me it was the thermostat, purchased a new thermostat, tried to install it, wasn't the problem, called Bass back and Ben (great technician) figured out the problem -- should have been addressed with first and second visit. I ended up paying 2x for a 1x check. I let it go as things happen. Last week

I'm a new homeowner to the area and found this company, only after attempting to use another service provider that never showed up. I would highly recommend Bass Mechanical. They were able to fix my HVAC unit as well as a couple plumbing issues I had run into. The services were done quickly and at a very reasonable rate. The neighbors that I referred to Bass were all very happy as well. I highly recommend Bass to all my family and friends, Thanks again!
