This is the first time Im writing a review where 5 stars isnt enoughI would gladly give 7 in this case, There were more than one challenging stains on the carpetr and yet the task was completed with kindness and efficiency by this consummate professional for a reasonable fee. John with George and Luis describes themselves as having a work ethic. and with an easy scheduling on their office staff Susan and Kim together with Julie nobody could beat them......

We have used John and his team for many years in both Southampton and Manhattan. They are magicians when it comes to cleaning. They always show up promptly, are professional, explain their process and then move forward. Most recently, we had a ceiling leak brown water on a white rug. John came out immediately and cleaned the spot, leaving no marks at all. I cannot say enough good things about the office staff as well! Always friendly to work with!
