Tree Removal
Our certified arborists safely remove dead, diseased, or structurally compromised trees using specialized equipment and controlled techniques. We assess each tree's condition to determine the safest removal method, minimizing risks to property and people. Our comprehensive service includes debris hauling and site cleanup, ensuring your property remains pristine after removal.
Stump Grinding
We eliminate unsightly stumps through deep grinding that reaches 4-6 inches below ground level. Our process converts stumps into mulch that can be left as soil enrichment or removed upon request. We handle stumps of all sizes, including those in challenging locations near structures or landscaping features.
Storm Damage
Available 24/7 for urgent tree-related emergencies, our rapid response team handles fallen trees and broken branches threatening property or safety. We coordinate with insurance companies and provide documentation to support claims. Our priority is securing your property and preventing further damage through immediate action.
Lot Clearing
We prepare land for development by removing trees, brush, and debris from residential and commercial properties. Our heavy-duty equipment handles dense vegetation while minimizing environmental impact. We offer mulch recycling options and complete site cleanup to create usable space for construction or landscaping projects.
Pruning & Trimming
Our precision pruning improves tree health, structure, and appearance while reducing storm damage risks. We follow industry best practices to promote proper growth patterns and remove hazardous branches. I had a great experience with pikesville tree service. Our estimator Asher was very polite and knowledgable. Offered some different options to resolve some tree branches growing onto my neighbor's property and some tree's that were slanting. They provided a detailed quote, and even completed the job ON TIME! I am very happy with their service and would highly suggest them for your tree service needs.

They removed a very large tree which had fallen into both our and our neighbor's yard. It was very complex job with limited access to the tree. They were extremely professional and easy to deal with. Their price was competitive. We would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to friends.

Michael Sugarman of Pikesville Tree Service has taken down several trees in my yard over the years - 3 most recently. They showed up on time, cleaned up afterwards and charged a fair price. Nice, professional crew. I would definitely recommend them and I will call them again when I need their services in the future.

During the quoting process they said they were going to use a bucket truck to minimize how much tree went into my neighbors yard. The 2-3 week lead time turned into over 4 weeks. During the phone call the day before service they wanted to confirm the bucket truck was able to drive on my yard, I confirmed. The cutting crew showed up without the truck and dropped the tree whole directly into my neighbors yard. They anchored a line to my neighbors tree without asking, damaged another one of my neighbors trees and cut a large groove in one of my trees with their rope. I gave them 3 stars because days

Not two days after our cat went outside for the first time, he climbed a tree over 3 stories. The fire dept came out and could do nothing (though made a serious effort). The poor dope sat in a tree overnight, pathetic as could be..thankfully, we stumbled on Pikesville Tree Service. Mike came out that morning and was a total hero. He expertly climbed the tree and sent down the cat in a satchel.
Mike was so great, brushing off my ridiculous and excessive thank yous and apologies. He clearly is passionate about animals and has the heart of a saint. The cat has since been deemed insufficiently equipped
