Excellent experience. They moved a whole house full of out stuff from US to UK and not a scratch on any of our things. We sent lots of glass frames as well and all arrived in pristine condition. I personally dealt with Dustin, communication was excellent - very friendly professional and well priced service. Highly recommended

My wife and I moved from Austin, TX to a small town in France. Dustin, our relocation manager, was knowledgeable about the process and was always available to answer questions. There was a slight delay of our belongings arriving within the time frame given to us, but that was due to customs taking longer than usual to clear our shipment. Both Dustin and the local movers in charge of delivering our things were communicative during that time. Everything arrived in great condition, even our boxes still looked like they had just been packed. I've made an international move before with a different company

We moved from Boston, MA to Frankfurt, Germany. I was initially very cautious because I had read so many stories of people having a horrible time with their movers. After researching many options and receiving many offers, I decided to go with Laser. It was a great choice - I couldn't be more satisfied. Everything went really smoothly, from getting a quote, to getting all the documents and the packing, loading, shipping, and unloading. Dustin was really nice and helpful, as well as responsive. I would recommend Laser International without any hesitation. I moved from Midland, Texas to a small town in West Yorkshire, UK. From initial enquiries I felt very comfortable with Dustin, who was polite and patient with my questions, and never kept me waiting for a response. He made it clear that he was there to help me and make the whole process go smoothly. His professionalism was evident and comforting. (I had talked with a couple of rather rude people at other companies). I had read some bad reviews and experiences from others, but he allayed my fears from the word "go"! Totally satisfied
