No more suffering in the summer and winter. Albert Nevarez (Project Manager) took the time to explain the whole HVAC system and answer our concerns. If you plan to get an HVAC system I recommend these guys. Southwest HVAC is without a doubt the best air conditioning company my family and I have had the fortune and pleasure of doing business with.

I am particularly fond of Southwest HVAC because they work honestly and they charge money honestly. My building is over 40 years old and thus required that one of our two HVAC units be replaced.
Southwest HVAC did this within a day. Because I had bought a Nest, they offered to put their Honeywell thermostat (which was for the first AC unit) on my second AC unit. Due to some complications with the second AC unit following the thermostat upgrade, Southwest HVAC worked 3 extra hard days to get the second AC unit running again.

I called three companies to bid on Central A/C for my home in Long Beach. The first company never gave me a quote. The second company was SouthWest, and the third was another local business. From the onset, their customer service was excellent. Oscar, the rep who serviced our home on the first visit was on time, very clear in his information and extremely good at following up with a phone call the week after giving us the bid.

I've had them work on a repair on my old AC unit. This summer I needed to have it replaced. Julio, Danny and their team were great. After getting several bids, they came in with the fairest price. Their crew is very prompt, careful and clean. They explained the process and recommendations of what would work best.

I bought an old house and went with Southwest HVAC to update it from the old floor/wall heaters to central heat/air. Right off the bat Southwest gave me the best customer service experience by far out of the companies I had in to quote the job. They were priced competitively. They offer the option of Trane equipment which has very high ratings in Consumer Reports.

When my old HVAC unit died, I searched the web and found Southwest HVAC in Long Beach. Their project manager, Angel Meza came out the same day and providied me a quote. His quote was in line with others I received, yet the cost also included mandatory HERS testing a pulling permits from the city (which the other quote I had did not include).
