I called Classic Floors after a fridge leak caused some damage to my floors and I am very impressed they took the time to talk to me over the phone on what I can do to resolve the issue prior to them coming out and looking at it or replacing it. Other businesses would jump on a service call to say, just give it time, but I got an honest, over the phone helpful call. If time doesn't fix my problem, I will absolutely give them a call for repair because they just seem genuinely interested in helping.

Florin came by to talk about the potential of refinishing our floors from black to something much lighter - he was very honest about how they would turn out which we really appreciated. We ended up choosing to stick with the black floors for now but when we (and the floors) are ready to make a change we are definitely reaching back out to Classic Floors Chicago.

Florin and his team were referred to me by a neighbor and they did not disappoint. Florin walked through the process with us beforehand and his team showed up very professional and on time each day. I described the color I had in mind and when the floors were ready to be stained, I was given several options to choose from, none of which I was truly sold on so they took two stain colors and mixed them to create the perfect color. Florin and his team were so great to work with! As first time homeowners, we weren't sure what to expect with the process and Florin took time to explain everything in detail. He was creative with how to create our floor and was knowledgeable about current trends. The color stain he recommended fit our theming perfectly! His team was on time, courteous, and efficient. Florin came out on time to assess the damage to all my hardwood flooring that was previously installed by a different company. He was very honest in his assessment and definitely had my best interest in mind when telling me what should be done to not spend more than necessary.
