We (Studio Bergtraun) have been working with KS Construction on a new home in Alpine Meadows and it has been a great experience. We designed a very modern residence that is complex in its simplicity and Kevin embraced the technology and detailing to make it all come together smoothly with a high quality result.
We look forward to the next opportunity to work with Kevin and his team. The undertaking was extensive, and presented particular difficulties due to the nature of the pre-remodel floor plan, the home being constructed of logs, and the general complications of building in the Tahoe area (code restrictions and weather).
