We waited two weeks after the initial appt for our gutters to get fixed; get a call on a Friday saying they will call Monday to let us know what time they will be at our house that day. We take work off to wait all day for them to call us and they never did. They end up calling us the next day to schedule something, we tell them we cant take another day off of work to wait for them to come out and they proceed to tell us to call the office to reschedule with no apology or understanding that they put us out! We will be going with another company.
