Big Island Pond added a mudroom and laundry room to our home and replaced the deck and porches. They also helped with the design. It was a pleasure working with this company. They were flexible with my many change requests along the way and always addressed my concerns. They truly wanted to make sure we were happy with the result, and we are. These are good and competent people. I highly recommend Big Island Pond for your remodeling project.

The single best experience we've ever had working with a contractor (or anyone else that has ever worked at our home). Fred and Michelle aren't just great at what they do, they are great people, and we count ourselves lucky to have been able to work with them. Anyone reading this, do yourself a favor and go with Big Island Pond Remodeling.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Big Island Pond Remodeling to anyone & everyone! They built a two room addition on our existing home in late 2018. We started looking for contractors in April 2018. The ones who bothered to call back, and then, actually show up for an appointment, were far from what I considered professional, respectful or confidence-inspiring for this very important project to us. I was extremely frustrated in my search when someone recommended BIP to me. From the get-go, it was a completely different experience than others we had met with... almost too-good-to-be-true good

Thanks you so much Fred, Michelle and their team for a job well done. While our job was not a large one it had a huge impact. Michelle was great at identifying my real need and suggesting ways in which to achieve it. Fred and his team executed the job in a professional, clean and efficient manner. Communication throughout the process was excellent. I highly recommend them and would certainly use them again as other projects arise. Thank you!

Michelle, Fred, and the team at BIP are a great group of people to work with. They remodeled my master bathroom in the summer of 2019 and I am very pleased with the results. If you value communication, quality, and an attention to detail then BIP is a safe bet. In fact, I've just met with them to discuss another project and I won't be soliciting any other proposals.
