We conduct thorough inspections to locate moisture sources and implement permanent solutions while following strict safety protocols. The process includes air quality testing, HEPA vacuuming, and antimicrobial treatments to ensure complete mold eradication.
Water Damage
24/7 emergency water extraction and structural drying services address residential and commercial water intrusion. Our team uses industrial pumps, moisture meters, and thermal imaging to remove standing water and dry affected materials. We document the drying process to ensure complete restoration to pre-loss condition while preventing secondary damage.
Fire & Smoke Restoration
Comprehensive fire damage recovery includes soot removal, odor elimination, and structural repairs. Our technicians use specialized cleaning agents and air scrubbers to remove smoke residues while preserving salvageable contents. We coordinate with contractors for rebuilding efforts and maintain detailed documentation for insurance claims throughout the restoration process.

Andre and his team at BCIAQ were professional from the moment I first called, to the moment the project was finished. We hired them for mold remediation in one of our bedrooms, after discovering mold and having it test positive for being toxic. After calling several different companies offering the same services, Andre was the ONLY one that was able to pinpoint the cause of the mold. Him and his team were on time, communicated throughout the entire process and went above and beyond on the job itself. We were so pleased they were able to start immediately. To top it all off, their prices are competitive
