While I love the home they built, I just advise NOT to do this while long distance. The few things we asked for werent done and are now too late to change.

I can't say enough good things about JC Jackson Homes! The experience, the build out and the end product are second to none. Not only was my family happy with our current house, so was my elderly father as I bought a second house specifically spec'd out and built by JC Jackson Homes. We had it built on the lot behind ours so I could assist him as necessary. We have owned these houses for over 5 years now which I feel is plenty of time for any defects in craftsmanship to show themselves. They have gone through multiple major hurricanes and we didn't loose one shingle nor piece of siding. If you

Terrible quality but the homes look good. I have electrical issues and my doors are falling off, only a year or two later
