We had a great experience from start to finish. We were able to get on the schedule the same day, which was such a relief. The technician was professional, friendly, and quick to diagnose the issue. They fixed the problem on site, and the price was very reasonable. They’ve also completed multiple jobs at our commercial location, and every experience has been fabulous—knowledgeable, reliable, and always working to code. We highly recommend them!

Excellent service! We had what we thought might be an urgent issue with our water heater. Fortunately for us, there had been a cancelation on their end, and they were able to send someone over right away. The technician was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitely call them again!

They did a great job. He was able to remove a hose from the spicket that had been on there for years without hurting the spicket. Very professional and helpful.

Your guys replaced the sump pump in short amount of time and were able to come sooner than planned. Will like to hear back with a quote regarding my kitchen disposal which may need replacing soon.These two were pleasant to deal with.

The two that came are very great and kind How ever your price for AN 82 year old woman is quite high. 200 dollars emergency service and trhen 300 dollars repair sets me back a lot I am on a fixed income. That's a total of 500 dollars

Wow! Have to say that Paluska Plumbing has great employees! The plumber came in with his apprentice, and they were very professional. The plumber told me what part on the sink had failed and the steps to fix it! They both were kind and that means a lot to me! They will be the company we call for all of our plumbing needs. And we tell our friends and neighbors about them. You won’t be disappointed!

Service Tech, Luke, was polite and courteous. He got to the job of replacing our floor drain quickly. He explained what he did and did his best to contain the mess from the job. We are very pleased with the quality of work.

Explaining the different materials used several decades ago and the advantages disadvantages of these materials.

What seemed to be an absolute major complex job. Was throughly explained and extraordinarily quoted ‘minus ($4500)’ extraordinary. Previous salesman had stated the necessary job was going to be a major, and complex endeavor. Amounting to nearly $5,000 - as it turns out, over time the industry has evolved from flexible coper tubing to rigid tubing. So the “damage” to the tube is simply the way old- timers articulated the tube to avoid installing fittings…. Since the older tubing presented no operational issues, It does not need to be reworked.

I had a terrible leak from the upstairs toilet. Jorge (& apprentice) fixed it so fast that they had time to change out a pipe for the downstairs bathroom sink. They were in & out in no time. I have used several plumbers on my 100 year old house for various repair and remodel projects. Have been very happy with all of the people Paluska has sent out, Jorge, the owner, etc. They are responsive to my calls and messages, professional in their work, pleasant to deal with, and fairly priced. Not the cheapest, but not the most expensive. Have never had a problem or rework needed with anything they have done for me. Will not use anybody else!
