This is one step above a scam. Zero customer service. Say they have items stocked and then order direct from distributor with a 50% markup and you are stuck waiting.

Terrible service. Dont buy here. I was charged a fortune to ship material from providers to their warehouse. 400$ and the providers were local. A 20 minute drive from their location. I was not allowed to change a choice of tile with out paying additional 25% of total cost for restocking fees. Additionally, they claimed I had to pay to re-ship the material

I wish I could give 0 stars, service was horrible, the salesman knew everything better and we ended up with the wrong products, now they are not taking the items back. Never again

That evening my husband went to put the tile in the house, and noticed a lot of "clanking" in the boxes. It was obvious that there was damage, so I emailed the company right away. I received a prompt response and was asked for pictures of

Excellent service by Robert in sales. He is courteous, knowledgeable and prompt. Materials arrived as ordered and on time. Best prices by far over local tile warehouses even including shipping costs.

I visited Fort Lauderdale on vacation and found this showroom. The choices were really unique. We ended up purchasing large format porcelain tile for our entire home and also some wood floors. They handled the shipping for us which was very reasonable. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for these items. Great selection and great service.
