I was so surprised to read these "2" reviews. I have had dozens of my past Real Estate Clients use this company and praised them. When we decided to put a fence in our back yard, Russell Fence was the first company that came to my mind because of the "word of mouth" reviews. I will be calling them this summer to install a fence so I will be back here and let you know what I think about the service and product they install. It is a shame that a well know and very well liked company is either so busy they cannot take care of all their business or maybe they are not aware that

Called to see if they could give me an estimate for a new gate expansion. Said they'd call me back and never did. Called back and no response.guess they don't care about business.

If your looking for a fence a a great price I highly recommend Russell. Installed a fence at my house. Great price and quick. Also very clean. Didn't destroy my yard. Only complaint I would have is the receptionist that answers the phone was never helpful.
