We use very strong paint as a base coat and hand apply each premium finish to achieve an authentic aged and elegant look. Any brass parts we use are sandblasted before the paint is applied to ensure a good paint bond.

These products are fabricated using heavy Marine Brass base metal with 90% zinc content. Special preparation seals all cracks and grinds all welds. Fading finish color, glass breakage and improper use is not covered in his warranty. Defective products will be replaced, or repaired within normal production time periods.

What height should fixtures hang in rooms where fixtures hang over tables, counters, or kitchen islands?. Each product is measured from the very widest part x the very highest part. All measurement list the width first and the height second. Because our products are handmade the measurements will vary slightly from the listed sizes.

We will "customize" these products with our standard choices for finish, glass, and mountingconfiguration. Standard products may be returned with studio permission. A 25% restock fee will apply and storecredit will be issued for the return.

When choosing outdoor lighting it is not always necessary to have the same style throughout although that is okay too. Choosing two different compatible styles can be interesting. Each side of the building could have the same style fixture although in different sizes: ie. The size of each fixture is dependent on the area of installation.
