Mayeuxs came through when it counted most by completing our home generator install two days before hurricane Ida hit. The Kohler 20kw generator turned on immediately when the power went out during 100 mph winds and ran for 9 days straight with zero issues. Derek was very responsive to my questions regarding maintenance and oil changes to ensure the machine would run smoothly during the prolonged outage. I highly recommend the Mayeux team for a generator install which was reasonably priced and gave our family great peace of mind during a very powerful hurricane.

We had a Kohler generator installed in 2017 by Mayeux. Their pricing was extremely competitive and all of their promises for installation were kept along with deadlines. We did have a few initial issues with the generator (not Mayeux), but they rectified the situation. This has been a life saver for our family and we've used it annually instead of evacuating. Even after Ida, Mayeux was out here to do a maintenance when they suffered damage to their business and home. Their customers come first!! I strongly recommend!

Mayeux’s installed our whole house generator. Excellent service and excellent generator. Worked the entire time we lost power for Ida. Not one problem. Best investment our family made!!

Mayeuxs is a great company! This was our first time calling Mayeux and they came right out to help us. I spoke to Ms. Diane, she was very nice and accommodating. Plenty of free parking. Quick service to my air conditioning problem. Got a short term fix, until new parts could be purchased and when obtained, they set up to install the next day. Reasonable pricing.
