Contacted Bill for a 2d opinion on an expensive Furnace Repair. Bill responded on same day and determined that repair was over priced. Recommended a complete replacement of furnace and AC at nearly same cost of original estimate. Crew was on time at 8am, professional, cleaned up and gone by 2pm. Best thing about Cool Air is NO creative selling. Service you can trust!

I am a special needs mom and needed my AC repaired quickly. I was given an appointment for next day and the technician, Bill actually came early.
