Tree Removal

Professional tree removal services prioritize safety and property protection. We specialize in hazardous tree removal near power lines and structures. Our certified arborists assess each situation to determine if removal or pruning is necessary, using specialized equipment to minimize risks and damage to surrounding property.

Tree Pruning

Precision tree pruning maintains tree health and structural integrity. Our arborists remove dead branches and storm damage while avoiding harmful techniques like topping. We follow industry standards to improve storm resistance and prevent disease without using damaging climbing spikes during the process.

Stump Grinding

Modern stump grinding services eliminate unsightly stumps using a Carlton tracked grinder that protects lawns. This efficient process removes stumps below ground level, allowing for replanting or landscaping while minimizing soil disruption and yard damage.

Risk Assessment

Comprehensive risk assessments identify potential hazards from trees near properties. Our certified arborists evaluate tree health, structural weaknesses, and environmental factors to recommend mitigation strategies that protect both trees and surrounding structures from potential failure points.

Cabling & Bracing

Dynamic cabling systems provide structural support for weak branches without drilling. This technique preserves tree appearance while preventing breakage, with regular inspections and component replacement every decade to maintain effectiveness and promote long-term tree health.

Life Tree Services handled the removal of two huge maple trees on my property. It's difficult to part with a tree, especially a mature one, but Dmitri and his crew made the process as transparent and painless as possible. Their equipment was state of the art and helped them be incredibly efficient. They even hit upon an idea for something useful to do with the shavings left from the stump grinding. Realizing that I had an issue in my yard with an invasive plant, they executed a plan to put landscape fabric over the affected areas and spread the stump grindings on top. I ended up having two problems

Called for a free estimate since the website says they provide free estimate. I was told I need a consultation and the fee is $175. I questioned that and was told there's a difference. I should've stopped there but I didn't. I did ask if that fee would be applied to the work if I signed a contract and was told he would in part. Dimitri came out asked me what I want. Again that was odd since he's the professional. Checked out the work needing to be done and told me he is not responsible for any damage to the lawn if he brings out the heavy equipment. Said if I wanted him to put

I absolutely recommend Life Tree Services for any arborist needs you may have. Dimitri and his crew pruned several large maples and removed a handful of dead ash trees that were posing a safety hazard to my family. The team did a great job of communicating and adjusting throughout the day and worked safely, efficiently and professionally. They finished the job ahead of schedule and took care of some extra work without additional charge. I will be using the crew at Life again in the future.

I am very impressed by the service this company provided. Dmitri and his crew delivered a perfect job, and exceeded my expectations on every level. I had several high risk take-downs with zero damage. Post clean-up left my property looking as good as before this crew arrived. I feel like I was treated with honesty and integrity. I would highly recommend this company for any tree needs.

Dmitri and his crew removed seven huge trees from our yard. They worked expeditiously and safely. They took care not to damage drain tiles, fencing, and the neighbor's lawn. They cleaned up as they went. They also came in with the lowest bid for the job. What's not to like? I was completely satisfied with the work. I have two more trees that will have to be removed at some point. When the time comes, I will be calling Life Tree Services.
