Estimating
Metro Group of L.I. provides Cost Management services from the project budgeting phase through completion of construction documents. In addition to preparing cost estimates at each major design phase, Metro performs cost studies throughout the design process to assist the Architect in understanding the financial impact of his/her design decisions.

25 year industry standard Galvalume warranty on all AZ 55 galvalume or Acrylume products fabricated and delivered by the factory. 35 year painted coating warranty on all TRINAR pre-painted wall system, roof system and trim system products fabricated and delivered by the factory. 1 year factory product defect and workmanship warranty on all building system materials supplied by the factory.
