JGB was hired to do the water damage cleanup as well as the remodel for my 3-bedroom home in Costa Mesa. I am giving them 3 stars at this time, but that may go up or down, depending on how they do with my remodel as they have only done the water damage, mold and flooring removal to date. As far as the water damage and mold removal, they did a good job, however it took a long time for them to complete each task. The only issues were communication with Kenny, (he rarely got back to me and complained when I called) and that the team was usually late for set appointments. They would give me a 2-hour

I can't say enough good things about JGB restoration. We have an older home and a 50+ year old cast iron drain pipe cracked but because it was under the stairs, we didn't know where the water was coming from at first. This means that even after having a couple of plumbers come out to our house by the time we isolated it to the drain it had been weeks and it was really bad. JGB sent someone out in a few hours and because we asked him to give us an approximate cost (we weren't sure we were going to use insurance) which he did, and he got to work right away. As things started to dry
