So we have contacted them 4 times over the phone this year to cancel our service of 10+ Years. The lady insists that the contract automatically renews every year and we have to give them thirty days notice of when its renews, yet she cant provide me a copy of the contract that I signed that states this. The lady you have to deal with on the phone is the absolute rudest person I have had the privilege of dealing with. If she had any personality at all and would shut her mouth long enough she would learn that we want to upgrade our system, but her business practice makes us want to leave them and
