Been waiting 9 months on a job to be done. Every time I call, the girl is so rude. Finish the job and I guess you won't have to hear from me. Used to be a fantastic business, but I guess that has gone out the window. I've gotten the run around with these people.

Apparently they are too busy to accommodate new customers, despite promising to send someone. 3 tries, 3 no call/no shows.

We have an issue that isnt super urgent however, when calling on Monday morning we were told up front they couldnt get to us until Wednesday and that they would call and let us know when. It is now Friday and I have not heard hide nor hair from them. I always try to keep my business local, but I cant do business with someone who cant bother with the simple courtesy of a phone call. Do better guys.

I have been waiting for 7 days to get me locks fixed on my doors. I was told they would be out next day. No show, no call. I can not leave my property due to unlocked doors. I can not even go to work. Today is now day 8 still no show so I called for the third time. They had to order my parts which came in yesterday. Was told they called and left a message but I have no msg. It is late today, they told me once the guys came back to the office they would send to my house. This is the second time they told me that. The employees are friendly but this does not help me to get my doors fixed.

Ordered a new garage door and new garage opener the second week of November, 2020. Its now February, 2021 and were still waiting. We used to never even consider anyone else because they were so good. Not sure what changed as I dont think we can completely blame Covid. Always say that theyll call us back and never do.
