Flannery Construction is owned and operated by Shawnn Flannery, General Contractor. Shawnn has been in the building industry for over 21 years and has owned Flannery Construction for fourteen years. Shawnn has worked as a wildland firefighter on the Stanislaus Hotshots and spent two summers fishing for salmon in Alaska.
In 2001, Shawnn began working with Peppe Larsson of Larsson Construction and Electric, as well as Custom Builders, both local companies out of Twain Harte, California. Working for Peppe, Shawnn learned a variety of construction skills, including concrete work, framing, siding, electrical and much more.
In 2007, Shawnn received his Contractor's License from the State of California Contractors State License Board (#896637) and Flannery Construction was born. Shawnn specializes in new residential construction, remodels, decks, and stamped concrete. He is hardworking, resilient during tumultuous times, values honesty and strives to meet deadlines, while ensuring client satisfaction.
