Decent place but it doesn't have heated units, or at least I did not receive one.
Also, the access to units is quite ghetto.... It seriously reminds me of an apartment complex with only bottom floor units and that's because all of the doors are kind of reinforced, standard size residential doors. The door across from mine has a huge hole that is undeniably inexcusable.
I'll be sure to take a picture of it next time I'm there and add it to my review.
It's a fairly affordable storage location and very convenient if you live in Marysville, especially North.

We had a unit elsewhere and it seemed every other month we got an increase and they were a little impersonal about answering my questions as to why so I did some shopping around and found prime storage and no matter how many questions or inquiries I made they were patient with me and gave me a complete answer to each one or found the answer if they didn't have it off hand. They didn't increase rents for no reason and I was very happy with our units here. Thank you for treating us like human beings and not your profit/loss income.

I only rented my storage unit from Prime Storage for two months before cancelling it for reasons unrelated to the business itself, but I was very favorably impressed with the staff there. They clearly explained the payment procedures and how their fees would be applied. They were courteous and professional. Even when I told them that I was going to be giving up the unit after two months, Dan was friendly and helpful, including giving me careful and accurate directions when I asked him how to get to my next destination. Based on what I saw of them during my interactions, I would unhesitatingly recommend

I stored my travel Trailer here for the past eleven years. I have found the owners and employees to be very friendly, courteous, and helpful. The facility has been very safe and my trailer was very secure the whole time. The only incident that I had was when someone broke into the facilities and stole the batteries from my trailer. That only occurred once and other than that incident, my trailer has been very safe and secure.
