Terrible company, got their duct cleaning "deal". Guy showed up three hours late. Talked me into the upgrade maintenance check. Played with the furnace, wouldn't turn on after he left, called office, talked to the owner Josh. He said I needed a new furnace that would be $5000. Guy is a scam, Had Frisbees look at it and there was a wire unplugged. STAY AWAY

I've been using J&R for the past 5 years and couldn't be happier. We built a new house in 2010 and the contractor that did the HVAC didn't do a very good job, or we just had a heat pump that was prone to problems. That all changed after I got in contact with J&R. They've always been professional, on time, and corrected any issues we were having. We now have a trouble free system, and a reliable heating and air contractor. Couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend them. Just remember, it's not their fault the hardware failed, the key is fixing it
