We have been renting here since 2015 (5 years). In that time we have had several units of differing sizes. We love Kathy, and have always been treated professionally and kindly. We have referred several friends here who have always been happy with the referral. Would highly recommend and would never hesitate to use them.

Worst customer service I've had to deal with in a very long time! First, I want to mention that I have used this place numerous times in the past. Prior to this rude and unacceptable treatment, I had chose them first. They were usually very kind, helpful and had what I needed to complete my moving and storage needs; Of course, I will NEVER choose them again! The company can thank Kathy at the Old SR 74, Batavia location for the loss of my future business and recommendations to my friends and relatives. After the sale of my house and agreeing to a short notice move. I didn't think securing a storage

My wife has a unit there, and even the small unit is very spacious . The people there are very friendly and helpful, any time we've ever needed their assistance for anything at all. Security seams to be sufficient. Well lit at night. I like that.
