I recently used Power Plumbing and they impressed me so much I will be a customer for life. Not only were they able to come out same day and fix all my small projects around the house, the technician was quick to point out easy workarounds for many of my issues that not just resolved the issues, but saved me money. Recently I had another issue that I called them about, instead of sending out a tech and billing me- they reached out to their team with my issues and called me back to give me some instructions to try on my own to see if I could resolve it myself. Lo and behold, their tips were right

Recently had some work done in my bathroom -- older midrise building in Lakeview. The Power team was great. Very pleased with their work. Replaced Sloan value in the toilet, new faucets in the sink and then updated faucets, shower and tub spout in the shower tub. Doing work in a older building and retrofitting things to old plumbing, walls, tile etc is hard work and complex at times. They were vigilant in figuring thigs out, making sure things work properly -- a quality team and responsive.

Had a great experience... From working with Rae to schedule and follow up, to James who was great...personality, knowledge and ability. Two other plumbers couldn't fix my problem. James didn't hesitate to dig in to the problem. Worked efficiently and explained everything to me. My problem is solved and I have a new company to go to for future work.
