New furnace was installed, first time we turned it on it wouldn't work come to find out the brand new units motor was garbage. The guy installing it was unprofessional and smoking in our garage. Someone came out to check it and had to wedge a penny in part of the motor and wiring to get it to work until the new motor came in. Then when it snowed 2 days ago the exhaust pipes froze expanded and broke in half, we called them and they told us sorry its not under warranty due to weather, they guy said if he were to come out (15 min away) he would have to charge us a few hundred dollars just to look

HVAC and furnace failed inspection several times. City inspector was very surprised by the quality of work. Specialist almost persuaded me to install the unit in a location that does not comply with Seattle standards. One-star because Brennan provided contradictory information related to what maintenance included and cost of maintenance.
