They leave garbage/food at the place they are working... Pee behind dumpsters.. blow electrical outlets and don't let people know.

A complete joke of a company. Booked them in early spring 2021 for a new driveway, gave $1000 deposit and was told in May it would be completed in a couple of weeks. Was told the same thing well into June. In July and August it was youre on the list we didnt forget about you. No answer for about a month and then in September it was by the end of the month, we wont leave you hanging. Now wasted an entire season when we could have had someone more reputable actually complete their work.

Called these guys to come out and give us a quote to repave an apartment parking lot. After about a week finally came out, to give us a quote, and said should be able to do it in 3-4 weeks. We gave the deposit and after waiting for over 5 weeks with no updates and trying to get ahold of them, finally was told to keep waiting with no explanation of why. Called again a week later to be told they were on it and not to call back so frequently?! Waited another 3 weeks, not a call or update. Finally called this last time and asked if we were even on the schedule, 3 months after the estimate to be told

The office manager is miserable and rude, and I regret supporting a company that employs her. Terrible customer service and poor time management planning. One of the worse customer service experiences Ive had in years. Gives you that suffocated and defeated feeling of being helpless. I asked her to have the owner call me but I doubt she will relay the message. She hung up on me twice. I didnt even swear or raise my voice. Driveway looks like a driveway again so they served their purpose but this chick needs to scram or stop being so nasty to paying customers. Im still so mortified by her
