Almost every driveway or parking lot may allow for one (1) asphalt overlay, which is otherwise known as the resurfacing of an existing driveway or lot. There are also many obvious and sometimes not so obvious circumstances that would require that the driveway or parking lot be dug out and repaved altogether.

In most cases, this agency requires permits to be pulled in order for work to be performed in their right of way.
