We presumed that because their pool store had such great customer service that their pool cleaning service must be just as exceptional. How wrong we were!!!! We hired their pool cleaning service for over a year and while it started off great a few months in the pool cleaner stopped scrubbing the walls, stopped vacuuming and lied about cleaning our pool filter!!! They ruined our walls after months of neglect and our pool had to be completely drained after they were let go to remove phosphorus stains from the absolute months of neglect due to this company!!!! Beware of their cleaning services unless

Very happy with rep Mike who reviewed issue over phone regarding pool lights and resolved simply by suggesting reset a GFCI switch near pump. Other companies I called were ready to send someone to replace bulbs for over $800 when my bulbs were good.

Friendly staff and great neighborhood location. Prices are a little higher than the chains like Leslie's Pool supply, but customer service and willingness to helps makes up for the difference.
