Knowledgable, skilled and friendly pros. Removal of a tricky, heavy section, and a complete canopy pruning has my favorite big old maple healthy and looking great.

Easily 5 stars. I had called another service (one I had used before) several times and left messages but no one got back to me. I found Valley online and read all the great reviews. I left a message and Mark got back to me the next day. His estimate was well thought out and fair. The work was done well, promptly, with very tidy clean up. I highly recommend them.

Mark was absolutely wonderful! He didn't do any tree work for me, however, he rescued my cat, Karen, who had been stuck in a tree for a couple of days and no one else would help. When I explained the situation, he said he would come out the following day and was even able to get here earlier than expected. Karen was cold, tired, and scared, but Mark was great with her. I cannot thank you enough!

The Trustees of Pleasant Street United Methodist Church in Waterville hired Valley ArborCare to remove three mature maple trees--two of which were dead--and remove one large apple tree at the Parsonage. Mark is very competitive with pricing and he and his team did an excellent job at both places. Mark is very knowledgeable, professional, responds quickly, and clearly takes pride in his work. I highly recommend Valley ArborCare.

Mark Reiland provided excellent service. He responded quickly to my phone message requesting an estimate. He arrived at my place at the time we agreed. His estimate was thoughtful--offering several options--one of which i had not considered, but chose because it met my needs. The job was to prune 1/3 of a large boxelder. It remains a healthy tree but now allows more sunshine for garden and potential solar. I watched with my camera and was impressed by Mark's skill. He climbed and cut [awesome skill with ropes]. His buddy picked up and hauled away the downed wood and put it through their chipper

Mark and the crew were great! They quoted accurately, estimated the start and duration of the job accurately, and left the work area cleaned up! We couldn't have asked for more. Many thanks.
