Mark knows what he's doing. He's professional and courteous. He answered all my questions and had no problem showing me when I didn't understand. Patience of a saint because I was around watching most of the install. Just curiosity was all. I trust the techs they send to my house.

John Bridge AKA Bridge. Is most definitely an asset to this company. If ever in need of service, my choice is Bridge. I felt comfortable knowing that he has my best interest at heart. He was very prompt on time, kind, courteous, professional, mindful of covid precautions. Prior to entering into my home Bridge began applying his shoe covering and mask without me asking. That action alone got my attention. Greeted me with a big sincere smile. He carefully explained every process and answered all my questions. LOL YES I HAD LOADS OF QUESTIONS AS WOMEN DO IN UNFAMALIAR SITUATIONS. . He never displayed
