Todd Dearth was the General Contractor for two projects at our home in the Barton Hills area. The first was an interior fireplace and feature wall and the second an outdoor kitchen and BBQ area. The results were fantastic, quality work, attention to every detail and an "ease of doing business" which is hard to come by. Todd will be our number one pick for our next project.

Todd Dearth and his team were quick to respond to our needs. After listening to our thoughts and desires, they put a plan together and it was expedited right on time. We were able to enjoy our new outdoor patio during the holidays! They were also gracious to help us with small repairs while staying focused on the big task at hand. As a Real Estate professional, I have also sold many of Todds beautiful Custom homes! He is creative and has such attention to detail, it makes my job easy! I would definitely refer Todd Dearth to my clients, family and friends! He is definitely a master at his craft

We worked with Todd Dearth when we did a major remodeling project on a home we purchased. Todd was the original builder, and the former owner highly recommended him. We couldnt have been more pleased with his efforts - Todd had a exceptional attention to quality, gave us good ideas, and completed our multi-faceted project on schedule. Two things in particular stand out to us - almost every craft worker Todd used had been with him for many years (they all worked on the original home building). And, those who see our addition cannot tell it wasnt original to the home - seamless!

In every case their customers are completely satisfied with the work that Dearth construction and I do for them. The owner Todd, is a wonderful home designer. It is my sense that he often goes above and beyond the call of duty to make his clients desires come true. I am

Todd Dearth designed and built our home. We have been ever so pleased since the day we moved in a few years ago. The quality is top notch, the value incredible. Easy to work with, Todd is professional and responsive to the client's needs. Evidence in point, he built our home in Texas at a time we were still living in New Mexico. No matter the size of the home, or the cost, you won't find a better home builder than Todd Dearth. Many years of experience attest to his impeccable knowledge and skill in both designing a home and then building it. We are quite pleased and enjoying every minute in our

We consulted with three different builders before selecting Todd for our major remodel. Todd's vision, experience and commitment to our budget and timeline made him the easy choice. He converted an existing garage and added a foyer, laundry, garage and apartment. His design took into account the existing driveway, gardens and oak trees. This was very important to us and he made sure the design took these considerations into account when presenting his ideas. The transition into our current house from the addition is perfect! His artistic vision provided us with our dream home and we could not be
