Did business with them for a year, and found them very difficult to work with. The service people were courteous and friendly, but the office staff do not extend respect to their clients. They also are not always upfront with the charges, they just bill you and that's that. For instance, when we initially requested propane from them, they brought over and installed a tank to our motorhome. After the fact, they mailed a bill was for every drop of propane in the tank, with a big charge for all the paraphernalia to attach the tank, and a whopping service charge on top. I've been a customer of Jackman's since I moved here in 2014, and the service has always been exceptional. Last night, after the office had closed, I realized my heating was out. It was almost 7 PM, it was 12 degrees outside and it looked like a cold night was in store. I left a message at Jackman's and within 45 minutes, Brian came over and within another 30 minutes had fixed the burned-out motor on my boiler. And did it all with good humor. Many thanks for being such a great service to the community.
