My husband and I decided to do a full remodel on our house. We called Home masters and spoke with Mamoon. He was able to meet with us same week. We told him what we wanted to do and he looked at our house and went to work. When we came into the show room he had made some adjusts to our kitchen design and he had pulled items that he thought we would like.

Definitely recommended for friends and family. They are very reliable and honest and professional. Thanks to the project manager who managed and delivered the project on time. Home Masters remodeled my kitchen. It turned out great. I have pentagon shaped corners and the project manager's team did an excellent job working with those types of angles. Sara's design fulfilled my requests and Amir and his team's work was top notch. I will definitely use them again for other projects. Thank you Home Masters!

Happy with my kitchen remodel , reasonable price except add on job (not in primary contract) is a kind of expensive. I liked their suggestion with different design options and utilised all spaces . Finished in timely manner. Easy to communicate with Mamdouh (project Manager) I gave 4 stars because Electrical and Cabinets shelves add on projects are expensive.

Our kitchen remodel was just completed. I wanted new floors, cabinets, countertops, the works! I had taken estimates from five different contractors and I am so glad I chose Home Masters! They made the job a breeze! The electricians, demo crew, cabinet installers, we're all very professional and respectful, hard-working and on time!

The show room is very messy and unorganized. The restroom in the showroom is falling apart if this is the quality of their workmanship I want no part of it. Sales person didn't listen to what we we were looking for. Nice girl just not a good listener. Chose things to get an estimate and get the heck out.

Sara did an amazing job guiding my wife and I through the process. She was very patient with us and answered all our questions. She also has a great eye for detail and color selection. The price was reasonable for what we asked for and she definitely kept our budget in mind when making material suggestions. The workers that came to our home were awesome and did an amazing job replacing our kitchen countertops, kitchen backsplash, bathroom tile, and main bedroom floors. I would definitely use their services again for more home improvements.

Where should I start? There are some pros to this company like: 1. Mamoon who did a fantastic job assisting us with choosing the most beautiful layout and materials for our bathroom 2. The on site workers who came to renovate our home, who were always courteous and cleaned up nicely after each day. The things to watch out for and the negatives: 1. Amir, unprofessional and does not communicate well with clients. As the "project manager" he was barely ever seen and when he did he was only on site for a few minutes and would leave. We decided on Home Master Intl for our kitchen upgrade and flooring. Sara was our project manager and she was exceptionally knowledgeable about the logistics involved with our project as well as helpful in the design process. Every tradesman we dealt with from Home Masters was polite, professional, and wore a mask when entering our home. All of their work was of exceptional quality. Made appointment 2 weeks in advance for 5pm. No call to confirm appointment. When I called them at 5pm. They were supposedly stuck at another site. SMH. They were coming to house for the first time at about 7 pm. It was DARK. I told them not to show up. When things start off wrong they end wrong. Looking for someone else to do the additions to the house. That respect my time and my business.

My wife and I are very happy with the completed work that Home Masters has done for us. On our first visit, our consultation with Sara was great as she and my wife bonded well. Sara put my wife at ease with the project and helped my wife make decisions for her new kitchen. Sara should be consider a valuable asset to Home Masters.
Amir was the onsight project manager. He was professional and listen to all my comments and made all the corrections needed.

I'm updating my review to four stars because the company has responded to my concerns.
I have been told that the owner was out of the country when I requested a change to the language in the contract. As soon as he returned Jack called me, and then Will called. They both told me that the attorneys were drafting language that would be fair to both sides should there be litigation or arbitration (which no one wants). Not long after that I received a new proposal with those changes in it. I really appreciate that.
Now the plan is for Will to do a walk-thru' and we'll talk again

I still haven't finalized a deal, but I'm very impressed with the owner's reaction to this review. So I'm upgrading from two stars to five.
I'm told the owner was out of the country when I questioned the contract language. On his return he immediately contacted his attorney and had the language revised. Again, I'm not an attorney. What I understand now is that the prevailing party in a dispute is entitled to costs. That's fair, and hopefully extremely unlikely!

This is a long overdue review! We wanted to renovate our master bathroom for years and we kept putting it off as finding a good contractor it's really hard; we've search on yelp and got a few companies gives estimates and one of the things we wanted to do is convert the current shower and tub into a walking shower, the problem: there is a window above the tub and most companies didn't want to do a retrofit window as we wanted to keep it for lighting and architectural reasons. After getting several quotes, some were so outrageous that we couldn't believe how much they were asking

I had this company remodeled my master bathroom. At first marko was very helpful. Juan the supervisor was very knowleadgeable and kind.
Towards the end I noticed some mistakes: crooked shower door, few uneven tiles and wrong color and cheap looking baseboard. I texted marko and told him to come to the house to show it to him.
I am very happy to have received a phone call from will ( owner) telling me that he wasn't aware of this problem. That I have a year warranty for all the work done. And also that Marko no longer works for them.
This is excellent customer service.
