Our Ridgid sewer camera was starting to have issues. We called AIS they were very helpful and knowledgeable over the phone. We made the 2 hour trip to drop off for repairs hoping they could do it in a week. They were able to repair on the spot saving us a lot of time and headache! We are very impressed with the know-how and professionalism of AIS. We will definitely be visiting again

I recently brought some tools to AIS for inspection and possible repair. After spending a fair amount of time inspecting each of them, it was determined that no repair was necessary. I was charged nothing. I will be back.

Found AIS by googling Tool Repair. Cannot not say enough good things about this company and employees Dan (mgr), Darryl and Ashleigh. Had problem with cross threaded router. AIS was able to chase the threads, thus saving an expensive spindle replacement. Most impressed that everyone I interacted with took an obvious and much appreciated interest in getting me back up and running in a short time. Never heard of this company or its extensive tool and supply showroom, let alone the tool repair department. I will absolutely be back!
