Our neighbors two houses down got their front steps redone and highly recommended the company they used. We also needed our walkway and front steps redone. Reached out and Scott was the loveliest point of contact, designer, communicator, negotiator - just a fantastic human being. The care with which they treated our home and the completed job were just as fantastic. Strangers taking walks down our street stop to compliment the job. A representative came to my home to take a look at the work needed for my property. Once he reviewed the work needed, my email address was obtained. I was told that I would receive an estimate by the end of week. The end of the week came & left without the estimate. Since then multiple calls have been made concerning the expected estimate. No estimate as of yet. With each call is like Im calling for the first time. No one has the information readily available. The calls will usually end with a promise to send the estimate. The unprofessionalism is unbelievable secondary to no estimate after

Stop ripping off the people who you have asked to perform work. you constantly complain how you train people yet no one remains. pay people whats agreed, stop stealing peoples hard earned money. ask yourself why did a family member quit after all those years. ask your self how many will you lose this year.

Set up an appointment a few days ago, called the morning of to confirm, it was confirmed with the office staff. Drove home from work (took time off) and sat around for 25 minutes. Called the office staff and was told that whoever was quoting was tied up 1.5 to 2 hours and would be late and wanted to know if I'd reschedule. Don't confirm the appointment if it's not confirmed! Things come up but People take time out of their day and leave work and expect others to somewhat value their time, at least communicate if something needs to be cancelled.
