7/2/2021-ordered 10 windows. 9/23 windows installers came to install windows. He put in 3 windows and there was gaps and bowing. I called LEI to share concerns. Installer called Mfg and set pictures to them of… damaged windows. Installers took all the windows back and advised LEI would order new set. 11/17 installers come back for round 2. MBR installed and has same issues as first one. Installer calls Mfg and agreed windows were defective too. I call Candace and she advises her Supervisor Shannon would be calling me back. As of yet, no response. I have wasted 5 months/ provided $2,244 deposit

Terrible experience! I was told my heating and cooling costs would go down after the installation of my windows. This did not happen. My house feels colder in the winter and warmer in the summer. I only needed… two windows replaced. LIE convinced me to replace all windows in my home. My OLD Andersen Windows were more efficient than new LEI Windows. I would love to replace all my LEI Windows if I had the money. It also took over three years to get all Windows and damaged windows installed. LEI initially received my attention and business by coming into my home to sell us “the best” windows with the “best customer service.” My experience thus far has been the complete opposite. Our products were ordered in March 2021 and are still waiting in October 2021 for our job to be completed. During the first install date we received… installers whom were fired due to their poor quality of work and installed many of my products incorrect. Now in October after having 3 visits from other installers and multiple contacts with LEI I am STILL awaiting the job to be

Terrible experience. Quoted 10-12 weeks. Had windows installed first week of September, EIGHT months later. Every single window had sticker adhesive, one with a defect, and two windows short. 4 emails later I finally got a response that this is not unusual with their “new installers”. We are now being told that the defective window will take… “months” to be replaced. The customer service has been non-existent. It is one thing to blame COVID, another to not answer emails and calls and perform a subpar install. Very disappointed in this (costly) experience.

The date was April 15, 2021. I saw a post regarding LEI and that they were running promotions in my area. I checked into it and thought my experience was going to be a good one. Silly me. The salesperson,… Shane, said he never saw an order for windows take more than 6 weeks. He said “you should get them in a month and half”. Fast forward it to 13 weeks later.. I finally get them.

We had installers show up to install our windows, they told me not long after they got here that the windows were too small and needed to be remeasured and reordered. After 1 1/2 hours they contacted the customer service rep Jon after speaking with him the windows will fit and they were going to try just one to see how it looks. They tried to put… the one in and we did have some issues that were not their fault, the Installer said they would be back Thursday of next week so we could fix our other problems, confirmed with Jon several times they would be there Thursday, we took a vacation

We recently replaced all the windows in our house and what a difference! I couldn’t be happier with the quality and service of LEI Home Enhancements- their team has been incredibly professional and courteous from day 1. The windows are not only beautiful (and a TOTAL upgrade from the original windows) but I have noticed better air quality in our… house, even temperatures throughout, and no more hotspots from the sun.
