Below, you can find definitions for common terms used in the moving industry, helping you to better understand your moving estimate and more. Moving services, such as packing, appliance servicing, unpacking or extra pick-up, including extra deliveries that you request be performed (or are necessary because of landlord requirements or other special circumstances).

Your Relocation Consultant is responsible for assessing your moving needs, explaining all your moving service options, and accurately estimating your costs. Your home will be fully surveyed for items that will be moved, and the Relocation Consultant will alert you to items that are not allowed transportation or have special requirements.
