Otis and Betty Ballard started our family owned and operated company in 1967. Originally from Kentucky, Otis managed the family farm and had a mechanical design background. He moved his wife and 8 children to California to work in his brother's plumbing, heating and air conditioning company. Shortly after arriving in California Otis branched off the family business.
