Esta compaia tiene un psimo servicio postventa. Robert es una persona agresiva, grosera. Vende marcas como ComfortStart, de las cuales solo el puede hacer las reparaciones o mantenimiento, y cuando llamas por una reparacin su respuesta es: "el dia que yo puedo es tal... y sino le sirve, resuelva". This company has terrible service. They are all rainbows and smiles when selling but if you need anything else after it is installed they barely even answer the phone. Robert is an incredibly aggressive and rude person. He sells brands such as ComfortStart, which only he is able to repair or maintain

We had our Air Conditioning unit break last week at our business. We called Robert and he was so responsive. He was here that same day and was able to diagnose the problem right away. He and his team went out of their way to get us the unit asap! He gave us a time and delivered 2 hours before he promised. We were up and running in our school with in 24 hours. Thank you to Robert and his team for their professionalism and excellent service. I would definitely recommend them for any Air conditioning needs you have.

This people came 4 times to try and fix a AC unit and never did, each time they said something different they said its nothing wrong and the unit still not working properly. Most of the days they were scheduled for a visit they were late or they cancel at the very last minute...

I wish I could give zero stars. This company is a scam. They recommend a particular unit for my office which ended up being significantly small for the space. As a result, the a/c unit broke several times since I purchased it. I had to pay more than $350 for each time the unit broke, which totaled to more than $1,000 a year. Additionally, they took several days to come and fix the unit. I was left having to see clients with several fans blowing and ultimately had to cancel a few appointments. We live in florida! You cannot be without a/c in the summer. The company would not take responsibility
