Selective installed a new furnace in my house. They are the most professional, knowledgeable, fair priced company you could ever deal with. I had a small issue with my Nest thermostat after the installation, and they came back and took care of it ASAP! Way to go 5 stars ! Thank you!!

Had a mini split AC installed for an upstairs bedroom, John went above and beyond to give us a quality install and did a great job explaining options for where the equipment could be placed and how it would effect its operation. Really nice install - pride of workmanship show!

Our furnace recently stopped working and Selective Heating and Cooling helped me to understand what replacement I needed, get a quote fast, and came out to my house by the next day. I cant thank them enough for getting us back to normal.
