I ordered a metal scissors gate from General Door for my business and am very pleased. Vanessa, Gene and all the employees were easy to deal with and always available when I had any questions. I am the administrator for a Childcare center and needed some repairs on our front access doors so I called General Door for a quote and they responded immediately and got back to me with a quote that was so incredibly reasonable. They worked with my schedule to do the repair and let me tell you, the technician, Gene that came out was AWESOME!! His work was quality and he was so respectful to our families that were coming in and out of the building while doing the repairs. I highly recommend General Door over any other company. You think doors are unimportant until someone destroys yours during a burglary. In a situation like the one we had, the first thought is to fix the gaping hole in your business. In a panic, we called a bunch of places. NONE were as responsive, as polite, and as understanding as the folks at General Door. They came out as soon as they could, fix the door (actually made it better than it was) and explained how to make our doors better. My office front entrance double door was damaged due to the high wind a few days ago and I had to rush and find a company to repair it. I found them online and called the office right away. They responded timely and Gene came right away and gave me a quote. The quote was far less than what Vortex gave me. They came and repaired the door yesterday and it is now working very smoothly and function perfectly. They are very professional and don't charge you an arm and a leg for their quality service. I highly recommend them!

Great Door is AMAZING! I had an issue with a jammed office door that we couldnt open no matter what we tried. I located Great Door after a quick google search and placed the call. They were out here within the hour. Not only that I had an estimate emailed to me that same afternoon and my door repaired the following morning. I would highly reccomend them to anyone.
